I have really enjoyed the FIT Program at PWC during the past seven months. I find it to be extremely challenging and rewarding. The instructors are top notch. It doesn’t matter which instructor you get because the classes are consistent from one instructor to the next. They do a great job making sure they get the maximum effort out of each member who participates in class. They are constantly encouraging you to give your best and they look out for your well-being.
When I first started FIT, I decided to take the “TurboTread” class. My plan was to walk on the treadmill. I never considered myself a runner. In fact, I hated running. Well, after about 5 minutes on that treadmill, I started to run and I caught the running bug. After some encouragement from fellow “Turbo Treaders”, I participated in several 5k runs for the first time in my life. It was cool watching my time come down one race after the next because of the work that we did in Turbo Tread. It’s been 7 months since I took that first Turbo Tread class and I still enjoy running.
The combination of the RIPPED, HEAT and CUTT classes has provided a well-rounded workout that I really enjoy. Thirty minutes of hard work and I am done for the day. My fitness level has increased dramatically. I highly recommend the FIT program at PWC.
