I am a 39 year old female who has been training at PWC for a year. I will admit that I was a little skeptical and reluctant to start “another weight training” program. I had had experience with weight lifting before and truly did not enjoy it. I was always sore to the point that I couldn’t move and my joints hurt all of the time. From the moment that I set-up the initial consultation at PWC I could see that this was not an ordinary program. The level of genuine interest from all of the trainers for my individual health from weight loss to muscle strength is truly appreciated. Not only am I more physically fit and much stronger I am able to carry on with my responsibilities to my husband and four children without the extreme muscle soreness or joint pain. I whole-heartedly recommend this program to everyone. The convenience of training two days a week is totally achievable even with the busiest of schedules. I truly believe that if you give it a try you will love it as much as I do!
