I have been a member at PWC for the past five years, but it wasn’t until the last few years that I really started to take my health and fitness more seriously. Like so many people, I’ve spent my life struggling through spurts of crash dieting and exercise only to fall off of the wagon and gain back the weight. However, when I started spinning it changed me. I am not a morning person, but the enthusiasm of Amanda Miles and the rest of the 5:30AM spinning crew not only make workouts fun but it keeps you coming back for more!
Last December, PWC introduced me to the FIT Program and I never imagined that I would feel as physically fit or as strong as I do today. In addition I have lost 14 lbs and am at my lowest weight since high school. All of the trainers, especially Amanda, have not only given me the tools and motivation to live a healthier life but have helped build my confidence to a new level. I can’t thank them enough for all that they do. They have changed my life!
