At 68 years of age I began a bold new adventure, strength training at PWC. Under the professional direction of my personal trainer, Nikki. I am thoroughly enjoying my fitness journey. Strength training is having a significant effect on my overall well being. It increases my bone density, improves my posture, builds muscle, gives me more flexibility, better balance and reduces my risk of heart disease. Every time I conclude my workout at PWC I know that I invested in my life; that gives me great satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. I look forward to each training session not only for the physical and mental benefits but also because of the wonderful relationship that I have with my personal trainer Nikki and the staff at PWC.
