I am an RN and I thought I had solid knowledge regarding health and wellness. PWC/Matt has enlightened my knowledge even more! I feel I have more strength and endurance from doing the 20 minute workouts twice weekly. No more 45 minutes on the treadmill! I was having lumbar area back pain previously and since doing the lumbar exercise equipment, I no longer have lumbar pain! I can feel my body toning and I love it!!
