Ron WhiteRon has always had an interest in health and wellness. Ron began his yoga practice fifteen or so years ago when he was teaching several other forms of fitness and needed the cross training for what he thought was only flexibility. He realized the total value of yoga with mind, breath, body, and spirituality as a holistic approach to fitness and well-being. Realizing the needs of teaching many different body types in larger yoga classes Ron began to practice with as many instructors as possible through out Ohio, and the East and West coast. Like most instructors one pays closer attention to the bigger names like Baron Babtist, Manuso, Rodney Yee to be sure that there is a common thread throughout ones teaching. Ron does study a multi-platform yoga strategy for yoga practice Vinyasa, Iengar, Anui sari, Jivamucti, Hatha, to mention only a few. A multi-template practice enables one to teach a class with multiple physiologies at one time in one class. Right now Ron can teach introductory, level two and the beginning of level three with some of the level four postures to get at all student levels of practice during a class. Ron loves to teach intimate private, larger 20-40 and smaller 3-10 yoga classes. When Ron is not in the gym working out, you will find him in the Art studio making portrait sculpture busts and murals. When one is fit and healthy the mind and its ability to create is as ready as the body is to command clay and canvas.
