SessionDescriptions
XFitness–(60minutes) Each session takes place in our turf room using equipment such asslam balls, kettlebells, pull up bars, and TRX straps.  All workouts are designed to challenge theentire body increasing strength and endurance.
Metabolic Conditioning – (30 minutes) High Energy AthleticTraining designed to challenge your body. Move through a series of simple,powerful drills to improve speed, agility, endurance and muscle definition.The main goal is to provide a total body workout and produce goal orientedresults by burning fat and a ton of calories. Variety of equipment used.
TRX – (30 minutes) The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravityand your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You are in control of how much you want tochallenge yourself on each exercise by simply adjusting your body position toincrease or decrease resistance.
Strength Intervals- (30 minutes) This class takes place in our turf room.  Workouts are designed to incorporate largemuscle groups that will challenge your strength and endurance while burningcalories.  Clients rotate between sixstations several times each class and finish together with core on thefloor.   All fitness levels welcomes,modifications and progressions will be offered.
