Unlike most group personal training that are just glorified fitness classes, PWC's Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions are truly customized. You have your own program designed by our experts based on your goals and functional movement needs. Your trainer will ensure you do each and every exercise on your program correctly, so you can maximize the results you get from your time and effort. The truth is, most people simply don’t know how to get a good workout. Even if they go to the gym regularly, they end up getting frustrated because they don’t have the support and the know-how to get the results they want. At PWC our goal is simple: understand your goals and personal situation, establish a plan to get you there, and coach you through the plan step-by-step, and lastly have FUN in the process!

Personal training doesn’t necessarily have to mean one-on-one, it means personal to you and to your goals. In the spirit of redefining personal training, we’ve designed our Semi-Private Personal Training program for those who enjoy the group environment, but still appreciate a focused attention from our Fitness Consultants. Clients love our semi-private personal training groups because they get a highly personalized program that specifically designed to help them achieve their goals, prevent injury, address strength and flexibility imbalances, and get the camaraderie and motivation of like minded clients. There’s no more than four participants in each semi-private personal training session, so you will more easily get the personal attention of one of our experts to ensure each and ever exercise is safe and effective.

You will have hands on instruction WITH A TRAINER 3-4 days per week, so there is no more guessing on what to do or how to do.  You will get the instruction, personal attention and coaching that will maximize each movement so you get the most from  your time working out (We don’t mean you “get a trainer” and end up in a huge class.)  You will get cutting edge workouts that are not only effective, but safe, and progressive for all fitness levels. PLUS, you will be able to track your progress and ask your trainer questions even when you are not in the studio through our app technology. 

Nutrition Plan

We sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. This meal plan will be based on your goal weight loss, goal date the achieve, your lifestyle, and food preferences. We review with you every week to make sure you see results and to adjust to your preferences. We’ll include recipes, a grocery shopping list, and healthy restaurant selections make it as easy as possible.  Whether you like to cook or not, we can customize a plan for you and make itmuch-much easier (AND DELICIOUS!) than you ever thought possible!
