Our customer care will utilize a system of identifying customer values and results. These become the basis of the customer’s personalized program. The customer values and results will be audited through scheduled ‘check-in evaluations’ throughout the program. The check-in evaluations are a quality assurance and customer satisfaction business practice that ensures that we are staying aligned to produce a long-term, valuable relationship.
